Architectural/Structural Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear and accurate drawings
• Maintain timely project flow from sales through erection following target dates as established by the drafting supervisor.
• Maintain official job file keeping ensuring documentation exists to protect the Company’s interests and ensure job success.
• Knowledge of and ability to read architectural / structural drawings.
• Create and amend construction documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• Will consider candidates with an Associate's Degree
• Must be proficient with Revit.
• Good mathematical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Skilled in MS Office computer programs.

$18-$22/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
