We have partnered with one of the fastest growing residential developers in Seattle, looking to find THE perfect Architect to join their team and impact their ever-growing and exclusive market.

This individual will spearhead the creative design of each unique project within Seattle's city limits. As a small organization, this position comes with high autonomy, high opportunity for growth, and the ability to manage and build out their own architectural team for long term success.

On top of this, compensation is above market, paired with excellent benefits and much more.

Must Haves/Responsibilities:

Must have residential experience inside the city limits of Seattle.

This person will do much of the new drawings and also be inputing the current drawings into CAD.

CAD ( would switch to REVIT or SketchUp if needed), Bluebeam, CAD, REVIT.

They do all their own plan sets. Has an entitlement team to run permitting.

Will be the first architect on staff (the idea is with time this person will be building out a team. Could also always be an independent contributor by preference.)

Open to hybrid after 6 months of progress and collaboration. 3-4 days in office if and when go hybrid.

This role will not have any customer facing time. Frequently working between lead designers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
