Your tasks: You will be trained under the guidance of our managers and then ensure constant quality and compliance with the H-Hotels standards. In this way you guarantee our guests a perfect stay and contribute to our mutual success.
Your education:
- You will receive training in all areas of modern hotel operations within our hotel chain
- You will get to know all areas of the hotel: breakfast, banquet, à la carte service, bar, reception, housekeeping, kitchen, administration (sales, reservations, accounting)
- You maintain customer and guest contacts and handle correspondence with guests and suppliers
- You will receive basic knowledge of commercial tasks, merchandise management, customer loyalty and marketing
- You will learn how to use the hotel IT systems
