Essential Functions

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain essential application and server operations: including applications administration and configuration, database administration, data security, reporting, routine & scheduled maintenance, system & end user permissions, issue resolution & end user request
  • Application and System data backups and recovery
  • Assisting with systems migration and integrations
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • End user training
  • Monitor Server/Applications health and assist in configuring and deploying new physical & virtual server hardware and software

  • Proven ability to configure and maintain ERP/MRP systems and related applications
  • Proven support for Virtual machine (VM) hosting environment
  • Work with business confidential information with the utmost discretion

  • Program and project management skills
  • Proven functional, technical change management skills
  • Proven ability to translate business needs and issues into IT requirements and actions
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge

  • Listening ability and patience
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Work with minimal supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate or Bachelors degree (2 year or 4 year college or technical school); required field of study – Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Experience: 5 years Enterprise Application support; 5 years IT Infrastructure support including Network, Server/VM, Office 365

Computer Skills: Windows Server 2008-2022, MS O365 applications, SQL Server 2016-2022

Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
