• Work independently to manage and execute all aspects of technical projects within the domain of the system responsibilities.
• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems.
• Interact with the Business Project Team to help drive new functionality and refinements of the system
• Participate in change advisory boards and problem reporting through ServiceNow, JIRA and meetings
• Interact with and support the userbase by supporting the Solumina COE ticket queue and answering/routing tickets accordingly
• Provide feedback to the teams managing the ticket systems to improve the helpdesk process
• Provide Browser Client deployment maintenance via Citrix and Software Center
• Contribute to content and maintenance of our documentation (DevOps Wiki)
• Available on call 7x24x365 for troubleshooting of critical business applications. This is done to ensure the Moog users can perform business functions on a global basis.

• Typically, a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in software applications support, and/or technical systems administration
• Proficient knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Database (Oracle and SQL Server), PLSWL/TSQL, Jira, Wiki, XML, XSLT, Azure, etc. strongly desired
• Demonstrated expertise working with ERP systems / SAP S/4 Hana – preferred

• High ability to forge strong working relationships at all levels of an organization
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to articulate organizational objectives colleagues and key stakeholders
