We are currently looking for a Analyst, Global Business Resilience

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Global IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, this role will help lead Brink’s Global Business Resilience Program. This means:

• Driving accountability for resilience across the organization

• Working in a consultative capacity, providing guidance to local teams and their leaders.

• Facilitating response activities, whether exercise or event driven, including dissemination of internal communications

• Ensuring a consistent understanding of resilience capabilities at a management and leadership level

• Improving Brink’s Business Resilience Program through expansion of scope and greater efficiency

• Helping to get the organization to an end state or measurable program outcomes and effectiveness

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and administer tools and materials for the collection and analysis of resilience capabilities

• Ensure the timely collection, analysis and reporting of resilience metrics data

• Provide guidance to Brink’s entities in the development and improvement of their resilience capabilities

• Monitor for outages and manage event response activities, including:

  • Participating in response calls

  • Facilitating response calls / meetings, as necessary

  • Developing and disseminating awareness communications

  • Escalating potential crisis events to the appropriate leader(s)

• Facilitate Crisis Management exercise activities

• Provide training on Crisis Management and Communications

• Maintain Brink’s centralized tools and materials

• Maintain Brink’s Business Resilience Policies

• Monitor entities for compliance with Brink’s Business Resilience Policies and track remediation of findings related to policy violations

• Help build a culture of preparedness and resilience

MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Resilience, Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery

• Experience leading program-level efforts, particularly managing exercises and improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Adaptive Business Continuity preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean and Cynefin is strongly desired.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent understanding of business objectives and goals

• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Ability to work effectively in a constant changing environment
