Delivery Associate for Axios Logistics, an Amazon DSP
Axios Logistics LLC is looking to hire responsible Delivery Associates. We are looking for flexible and dependable delivery drivers who understand the meaning of teamwork and value the commitment it takes to ensure a smile on every customer’s face. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full, part-time and seasonal opportunities. All positions require following standard company policies and procedures, along with full understanding of driving safety requirements and laws by state and locality.
No delivery experience necessary.
Company Vehicle Provided. No CDL Required!

- Hourly Wages - Bi-Weekly Pay
- Average pay of $21.18 (average per hour for a 10 hr shift with bonus)
- You can earn +$1/hr Performance Bonus after Nursery Routes making your hourly pay $19.25/hr

Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safe driving of company vehicles: (Mercedes Sprinter/ Dodge Pro-master/ Ford Transit)
- Climb out of vehicle and walk up or down stairs as required in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand multiple hours a day and work in a physically demanding environment
- Work with support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
- Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
- Deliver packages in variable locations and stops
- Load and unload products from company vehicles
- Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
- Operate handheld scanner (to record shipping and package information)
- Maintain good professional work habits including: reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CA Drivers Licence
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
- Must have knowledge of state driving laws
- Must consent to drug screening and other review processes
- No pre-employment THC testing!
- Must have clean driving record (no more than 2 speeding tickets within the last 3 years and no more than one at fault accident)
- Must be able to problem solve efficiently and on-the-fly while utilizing a handheld device
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs repeatedly during a 10-hour work shift
- Must be able to handle stressful workload and driving demands
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10-hour work shift
