General Purpose

The AlpineRemote Specialist assists with AlpineRemote related operations, works closely with product managers and various Alpine Bank location representatives to identify account needs and solve customer issues.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Regular and Reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
  • Helps with the onboarding process for new setups.
  • Handles maintenance requests as they are submitted and follows through to make sure they are completed.
  • Processes vendor invoices.
  • Balances and reconciles Accounts.
  • Works on special projects.
  • Research and troubleshoots client inquiries.
  • Provides quality control and verifies new setups and maintenance requests.
  • Updates reports monthly and tracks volume.
  • Helps monitor ongoing customer reviews.
  • Supports bank staff to grow their business client portfolio.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of internet banking software, information technology systems and software with a high proficiency in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Skill in understanding customer needs and delivering unsurpassed customer service.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimal supervision.
  • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understands the importance of and able to maintain confidential information.

Education or Formal Training:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalence Diploma (GED) required.
  • Additional post-high school courses are preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience working with Remote Deposit Capture and/or ACH services preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.
  • A minimum of one year banking experience is preferred.

Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Starting Rate of Pay is between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
