Nemours is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Delaware Team!
The Hepatology APRN is a pediatric nurse practitioner who works independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide care for pediatric patients ages 0 - 21 years with hepatologic disease. Interested candidates should be organized, self-directed, and possess excellent communication skills.
Primary responsibilities may include inpatient consultations, ordering of labs and diagnostic tests, lab interpretation, care coordination with families and specialty services, and ambulatory visits for patients with acute and chronic hepatologic disease. Additional ambulatory clinics for general gastroenterology patients may be added as patient volume and acuity permits.
This part-time position requires approximately 20 hours/week.

Requirements:
- Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure required
- Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, with or without prescriptive authority required
- Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Federal DEA registration with Delaware Address
- Current certification as an Acute Care Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider (HCP) Certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- At least 1 year of previous experience required
