As the Intervention Program Manager, your primary duty is managing a department of the organization and regularly supervising the work of other employees. Under the general supervision of the Director, this position is responsible for the development, implementation, direction and coordination for the Alcohol Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) and other related intervention services. This position will provide supervision to assigned counselors and support staff, as well as assist in ensuring the provision of quality comprehensive intervention services. The Program Manager will ensure program compliance with LRADAC procedures and evaluate their relevance to populations served.

Position Logistics

• Full-time - 34 hours weekly
• Rotating monthly Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, some evening hours are required
• We are open to hiring as a Program Manager I or II. Level and compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.

Education, Experience & Licensure Requirements

• At least five years of experience working within an intervention services.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human service field and experience performing the essential duties of the position are required.
• A Master’s degree in human service field and experience in performing the essential duties of the position are preferred.
• Certified as Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Clinical Supervisor through the Addiction Professionals of South Carolina is preferred. If selected candidate is not certified, s/he must be willing to begin the certification process upon hire.

Position Overview

• Supervises ADSAP clinical staff, PRN Group Leaders, HIV Testing Specialist, and the Jail/ER Counselor, providing clinical supervision, training, and support.
• Provide clinical and budgetary oversight for Lexington Intervention Services.
• Coordinate and monitor day to day operations of Intervention services for Lexington Counties.
• Coordinate and monitor day to day operations of PRN groups offered in both Richland and Lexington Counties
• Facilitate treatment team and case consultation to assure comprehensive quality care for all a.
• Assist in developing and implementing education and intervention curriculums using evidence based and best practice techniques.
• Conduct quality audits of clinical files and regular chart reviews to ensure compliance; documentation of all chart reviews and clinical deficiencies with the appropriate and timely correction plan as needed.
• Provide direct clinical services to patients to ensure continuity to care and quality service provision.
