Job description

The Admissions Representative handles all incoming telephone inquiries, vetting appropriately to qualify clients and coordinate admissions. The ideal candidate has experience in metric driven sales settings and a passion for helping others. Another core function of the Admissions Department is coordinating transportation operations by acting as a liaison between drivers and facilities, as we offer transportation as part of their program. Admissions Representatives are primarily responsible for the admission into the facility and maintaining communication between the organization and patient referrals.

● Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails from potential clients and referral sources.

● Provide excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and other external and internal

clients.

● Coordinate transportation needs for clients.

● Verify medical insurance.

● Develop a working knowledge of Salesforce, Five9, Pverify, Samsara, etc.

● Possess strong organizational skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently and according to matters of importance.

● Must have excellent communication skills.

● Must possess the ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and in person.

● Coordinate operations between various departments.

● Effective time management (including but not limited to): proactive planning where possible and punctuality.

● Build strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

● Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and embrace continuous improvement.

● Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

● Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

● Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.

● Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
