Job Description:PCG is seeking an Safety Administrator for our Phoenix operations based in Tempe, AZ. This position is responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate employee safety records and training materials for PCI EHS Department.
- Supports site supervision with clerical needs at the site level.
- Compile and submit required personnel reports as required by PCI and Contractors
- Assist in compiling work-related incidents, near-miss accidents and injury reports for the EHS Department
- Preparation and maintenance of Fieldglass reports
- Assist in preparation and recording of Job Hazard Analysis documents.
- Filing and recording of PTP and associated daily reports.
- Assist in preparation and recording of MSDS documents.
- Act as liaison between PCI and client as it relates to EHS reporting.
- Assist employees in completing any paperwork for Site Orientations.
- Assist Site Management with clerical support including but not limited to word processing, documentation, reporting, record keeping, etc.
Basic Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of Experience in Administration
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365 suite and Box.
- Progressively responsible, organized, and experience supporting senior management level personnel.
- Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate through written and verbal correspondence.
- Ability to use good judgment to make decisions, and to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in a safety department preferred
