Mission Healthcare is looking for an amazing, phenomenal, truly wonderful Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

As our newest Administrative Coordinator, you would be responsible for planning and coordinating all administrative services for the company. This role requires decision making as the Administrative Coordinator must help a business identify its administrative needs and work with a team of professionals to meet those demands.

Compensation starting at $19/hour, depending on experience!

Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities include:

    • Keeping the master branch location list constantly up to date on internet.
    • Schedule meetings for team members and executives, as needed.
    • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the minutes and summaries.
    • Booking conference rooms for department meetings for the headquarters employees through the Zendesk ticketing system.
    • Managing the Administrative Services Department Zendesk portal. Answering, completing, and redirecting tickets to the correct department.
    • Coordinate travel (hotel and flight) arrangements as needed.
    • Support Executive(s) by keeping them organized, informed, maintain their schedule, and assist with any projects requested.

What we are looking for:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (healthcare preferred).
    • Experiencing supporting C-Suite executives highly preferred
    • Experience with medical record technology and ability to learn new systems.
    • Outstanding professional writing skills and the ability to tailor communication style to reflect the voice of the organization and its leadership for different communications and audiences.
