Administrative Branding Officer
Job description
Performs administrative and office support activities within various departments.
Essential Functions:
- Interview each Department manager and team member in order to articulate with written data and visual aids for the purposes of branding and building internal structure for multiple organization departments and companies.
- Maintain documents on shared drive for consistency and accuracy. Scanning of documents and filing in appropriate project files.
- Maintain files for projects.
- Writing Internal Policy and Procedural Manuals
- Maintain vendor contract files, insurance and vendor lists
- Assist with miscellaneous special projects across various departments.
- Additional duties as they may be assigned.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in speaking with team members, external and internal. The ability to deal with both tone and content to be well received and understood with impact to change is essential.
A strong Human Resources or Corporate policy background a plus!
Organized
Able to track the details going with each department. Deliver results through organization and prioritizing of projects, while keeping all parties involved of issues and progress.
Integrity
Honest information, with regard to errors, issues and abilities is essential. The ability to acknowledge the need for help, the source of errors, and take opportunities for quick improvement.
Computer Software
All Microsoft Office Applications
Hours and Workdays:
Monday through Friday - 8am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch.
