Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Greet & assist clients
- Draft documents and input data
- Process payments
- Communicate with attorneys, courts and other offices
- Maintain office organization
- Manage and maintain supplies
- Schedule appointments and keep track of deadlines
- Multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Perform research
Required:
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Detail-oriented
- Goal-oriented, motivated
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confidentiality, discretion & professionalism
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Administrative skills/experience
- Legal experience
Compensation will be based upon education, experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
