Job Title – Tempo Data Coordinator

Location – Harmans MD 21077

Duration- 6 Months

SHIFT: M-F 8A 5P

Job Description

Contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) whose focus is the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals. We provide industry-leading GMP development and manufacturing services for cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals such as recombinant viral vectors, next generation vaccines & hard-to-express recombinant proteins and oncolytic viruses. ***s scientists, engineers, quality experts, manufacturing operators and program managers are experts working with biologics from research and process development to GMP manufacturing for clinical trials and commercial launch.

Provide administrative and documentation support Apprentice Tempo (electronic batch record (eBR) project. Responsibilities require significant collaboration and coordination with operations personnel, manufacturing managers, and QA department.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides administrative support to the Apprentice Tempo project.
Provides administrative support for document typing and proof reading.
Independently develop and manage complex and key administrative projects (databases, reports, office workflows, records control, course material)
Locates and compiles information and data to format reports, graphs, tables, etc., for presentations and reports.
Uploading forms and documents into database for review and retrieval
Operates personal computer to access email, electronic calendars and other office support software.
Uses various software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, relational databases, and graphic packages to assemble, manipulate and/ or format data and reports.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required.
5+ years progressively responsible administrative experience.
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must have excellent typing, and accuracy skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with personal computers.
Demonstrates proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other graphics and spreadsheet software programs. Proficient transcription skills.
Demonstrated flexibility.
Excellent customer services skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
