The typical schedule for this admin position at our office is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We pay our Administrative Assistants a competitive wage of $22.00-$27.50/hour based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant, you are crucial to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in electrical construction services, we need someone to pay attention to the details and keep our office running efficiently. You perform a variety of administrative tasks including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. You also greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
You see what needs to be done and jump right in. With great attention to detail, you prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. When conducting research, you compile data and prepare papers for our executives and board of directors. You also keep minutes and assist with travel arrangements for meetings. We also depend on you for general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. As you work hard to help our business grow, you feel a great sense of accomplishment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Admin experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability pass a background check and drug test
