Requirement:

1. Strong 4+ years of experience as an office administration

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance degree or Administration Certification is preferred

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and organization

4. Must be organized, flexible, and able to effectively prioritize in a multi-demand and constantly changing environment; able to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy, timeliness, or professionalism.

5. Self-starter attitude while working on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

6. Exceptional communication skills with diverse personalities

7. Excellent English verbal and writing communication skill

8. Strong skill with MS O365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

9. Candidate must be a mature, helpful, professional, dependable, and independent individual

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

2. Able to write business documents - correspondence, reports, memos, and emails

Prepare reports and briefings as needed

Use your written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to draft and prepare various communications

5. FACILITY SUPPORT: provide a professionally maintained office environment. Responsible for repairs and maintenance of building and office equipment. Responsible for asset safekeeping, asset tagging and annual physical count. Ordering janitorial, office and breakroom supplies. Directly supervises service providers including IT, janitorial, office equipment, lawn, etc.

6. Maintain filing and record-keeping

7. Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/fax

8. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls

9. Perform other duties as assigned.
