A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This full-time customer service position operates on a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
Welcome to the team, new Administrative Assistant! Your warm and friendly greetings to every visitor are an absolute must! Not only that, but you're a pro at answering calls with your courteous demeanor. As the planner extraordinaire, you run reports in Fedcap CARES and use the data to plan out your day like a boss.
Don't forget about being the scheduling guru, making appointments for participants and giving them a friendly reminder call. You also collect and time stamp documentation, send out outreach letters, and mark down attendance for activities - all in a day's work!
Let's not forget the important job of ordering office supplies and keeping the reception area running smoothly. And of course, it goes without saying that you represent our awesome nonprofit with positivity and professionalism to everyone you meet. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT?
- High school diploma OR equivalent education or experience
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Covid-19 vaccination
