DiaMedical USA is a fast growing medical equipment distributor and manufacturer looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position in our Farmington Hills office. Qualified candidates will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional work ethic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other assets
- Coordinate office events and employee celebrations
- Contact vendors and schedule repairs on equipment
- Support the customer service team customers
- Monitor the online customer chat system
- Manage the CEO's calendar and email
- Sort mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Skills
- High school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
- Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, exercising independent judgment.
- Versatile within a team environment, maintaining confidentiality, credibility, and trust.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
