Administrative Assistant
Job description
This individual will support the Property Manager and Board of Directors with administrative duties required by the Homeowner or Condominium Association. This person will be working on-site at the property with the necessary equipment and training provided by the Management Company.
Responsibilities
Answer phones
Assist walk-in Residents with a high level of customer service skills
Maintain Resident and Community files
Process citations
Maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations
Administer work orders
Assist with mailings
Maintain Office Supplies
Initiate work orders, as well as, follow up
Prepare and copy material for Board Meetings
Maintain homeowner rosters, databases and homeowner files
Draft correspondence for Property Manager approval
Special Projects
Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
