Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled administrative assistant with expertise in excel sheets and marketing to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel to create, maintain, and update various reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and preparing documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Have knowledge and experience with Canva.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a financial, fintech or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self starter and Pro Active.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
