As an administrative assistant, you will:
- Assist with needed administrative duties in one or more of the following departments based on company need: scheduling, billing/accounts, human resources, or reception.
- Work full-time between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and occasional weekends.
- In some cases, travel to our offices in Santa Clarita Valley and Glendale might be necessary.

What We Need from You:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Must be able to accept and modify performance based on supervisor feedback
- Must be able to work cooperatively with ABI's clinical and administrative team, parents of clients, schools, and other stakeholders
- Must be able to research account transactions, demonstrating a keen ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in QuickBooks a plus
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
