As an Admin and Recruiting Coordinator, you help keep our business running smoothly by coordinating the administrative and marketing activities of the company. In addition, you help recruit strong talents to join our team.

What You Will Do

· Support Human Resources with recruitment and hiring processes and document management.

· Support the marketing functions of building brand awareness and loyalty through social media and other media.

· Coordinate the administrative functions of the company.

· Maintain filing systems and logs for various programs.

· Other duties as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related fields
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience

Excellent communication skills

Recruiting and marketing experience is a plus.

Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications

Hours:

Full time
Monday - Friday schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
