Education - Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing and
- Master's Degree Nursing (or actively enrolled) in ACEN/NLNAC or CCNE accredited program.
Education - Preferred:
- Master's Degree or
- Doctorate
Experience - Required:
- 3 years Teaching in a classroom or clinical setting.
Experience - Preferred:
- Advanced technologies used to deliver or evaluate educational experiences such as course management systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Demonstrates integrity, stability, imagination, and discriminative judgment in instruction of nursing students.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates interest and respect for students.
- Demonstrates commitment to life-long learning.
- Demonstrates respect, collegiality, professionalism, and caring in relations with administration, staff, colleagues, and students.
- Knowledge of FERPA.
