The Accounts Resolution Specialist will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Some other qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include:

- Strong math and logic skills

- The ability to multi-task

- High accuracy and time management

- This is a relationship building position, so our candidates will need to work well with others!

In this position, the Accounts Resolution Specialist will be responsible for:

- Maintaining relationships with customers

- Resolving issues with payment and billing discrepancies

- Analyze and understand shipping documents

- Communicate with company executives for escalation

- Identify trends that cause repeat delinquency

- Communicate with customers over phone and email to identify and prevent delinquent invoices
