JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist performs all facets of accounts payable processing for Venture Together including but not limited to processing invoices, cutting checks, reconciling vendor statements, and monthly AP accrual.

The Accounts Payable Specialist reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Accounts Payable required.
• Associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Must possess a solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills a must.
• Knowledge of Fund EZ software a plus.

All staff must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing. All staff must embrace the philosophies Venture Together adheres to, including Person Centered Planning and the DSP Core Competencies.

Pay: $15.55 - $26.74 per hour
