Our Centralized Business Office at our headquarters in Santa Maria is now hiring for an accounting associate to support our team of dealerships. Our family of dealerships consist of Toyota Santa Maria, Honda Santa Maria, Toyota Lompoc, Toyota San Luis Obispo, and our newly added Kia Santa Maria.
We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is interested in joining our growing team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for communicating with vendors to arrange payments and obtaining purchase order information. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of payment procedures, and will be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while working within a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's accounts payable and prepare the necessary reports and forms.
- Work with outside vendors.
- Provide payment terms to vendors.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Count and record incoming payments.
- Follow financial procedures.
- Check the accuracy of invoices before sending to accounts payable.
- Work within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
