Growing General Contractor seeks Part-Time Accounting/Office Admin Manager

15-30 Hrs/Wk; Some flexbility with work hours and location; Can work some hours from home. New Stanton/Mt. Pleasant Area. Compensation comensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Invoice coding by project and entry
  • Payroll
  • Credit card data enty and reconciliation
  • Handling and coordinating office admin requirements (incl. vehicle registrations, insurance coverages, etc)
  • First responder to customer calls and quote requests
  • Involvement with creating new procedures to streamline business processes
  • Additional functional responsibility available comensurate with interest and skills

Qualifications:

  • Accounting/Bookkeeping and Office Admin experience
  • PC, email, organization skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self starter, demonstrated ability to excel
  • Interest in learning and growing
  • Construction business experience or knowledge of cost accounting a plus
  • Sage contractor software experience a plus

Experience: Bookkeeping, Accounting, Office Admin (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
