Foundation Direct is seeking an Account Coordinator to support key functions of our Client Onboarding process. As an Account Coordinator for the Client Onboarding team, you will facilitate new clients’ transition to the Foundation Platform as quickly and easily as possible. You will serve as a point of contact after the sale, with the goal of giving our clients a great experience that reinforces their decision to partner with Foundation.
This is a relatively new team, and you will have a critical hand in shaping its function within the Company. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Applicants must reside within the continental U.S., eastern and central time zones preferred, but all welcome to apply.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist New Clients through the Onboarding Process & own customer relationships from the point of sale to Launch, that includes: 1) Follow up with customers to secure Onboarding Requirements in a timely manner, 2) Respond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding Onboarding, and 3) Complete administrative onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth account launch
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialist and Internal Client Services teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
- Perform other related duties to further the success of Onboarding by participating in various side projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred (high school diploma or equivalent will be considered with relevant professional work experience)
- 1+ year professional work experience, preferred
- Proficiency with G Suite (calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
- Ability to work within multiple online platforms and systems, including but not limited to: Salesforce, DocuSign, Google Drive, Facebook Meta Business Suite
- Extremely organized, task, and detail-oriented
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to write, listen, and articulate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic demeanor
- Customer Service experience, preferred
