Your mission
At Strivr, you will be joining the marketing team’s ABM50 program launched last year to target, reach, engage and book meetings with the right buyer persona, for the sales teams, for Strivr’s top tier strategic accounts. You will partner closely with sales and ABM leadership to conduct extensive account level research, develop an account level strategy, identify key stakeholders and orchestrate effective email campaigns to reach, engage and book meetings with qualified ABM leads.
The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics to drive and accelerate pipeline for a targeted strategic accounts list (developed in collaboration with sales and marketing). This role will approach ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns. The ABM marketing manager collaborates closely across marketing and sales for a fully integrated approach.

What you will do
- Your core KPI is to accelerate the sales cycle and help book meetings for sales with the right buyer persona (senior executives and c-suite members across HR, L&D, Operations and Safety) from our top tier strategic ABM prospects (Fortune 500)
- Collaborate with ABM leadership team (sales and marketing interlock) to select, qualify or disqualify top tier strategic ABM accounts based on real time industry news and company information
- Conduct market, industry and account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies, help develop an account level strategy which includes identifying key prospects, current target account business objectives, opportunities, challenges and competitive opportunities. Document account level intelligence that can be incorporated into the sales strategy
- Performing initial needs assessment and identifying prospects pain points to determine how Strivr’s solutions could address those needs
- 1:1 personalized outbound prospecting activity for Strivr’s strategic ABM accounts and key buyer persona lists, based on the account and lead intel gathered from research with the aim to book meetings with qualified ABM leads for AEs
- Partner with our Head of Content and marketing ops team to develop highly effective personalized email cadences for leads within ABM accounts and delivery higher than industry standard open and response rates to delivery an exceptional initial experience with ABM to set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future sales activities
- Develop and increase industry/product knowledge and acumen to position ABM's value proposition to multiple vertical segments
- Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM email campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
- Document processes and best practices in our handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference
- Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities in Salesforce.com and promoting database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure proper lead management
- Your success will be measured by the number of meetings booked with the right buyer persona and title (senior execs at prospect accounts with buying and decision-making power), the quality of account-level intelligence gathered to help position Strivr’s solution (determined by email response rates) and overall performance of your outbounding efforts (determined by email open and click rates)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account based marketing, email marketing, business development or similar field, with the desire to learn more about account based marketing
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, create lead lists and run highly effective email campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Proactive self-starter with a solutions oriented mindset who has the ability to think outside the box demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
- Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
- Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
- Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce, Salesloft and Pardot
- Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase) preferred
- Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $70,400-$105,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
