FocusKPI is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager/ABM campaign manager to join our client's team to accelerate the growth of their paid channels. Their Paid Marketing Team is responsible for executing and measuring marketing campaigns that help promote the client's products, attract new audiences, and ultimately add new customers to their growing community. You'll join an outstanding team that is a critical growth engine for the company. The team works cross-functionally with key partners in Product, Analytics, Experiment, and Engineering.

Work Location: Remote, anywhere in the U.S. (preferred PST)
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay range: $65/hour to $75/hour


Responsibilities:

  • As the hands-on paid ABM marketing specialist, you will be working closely with the paid performance team
  • Actively managing and optimizing account-based marketing paid ad campaigns - running LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google campaigns
  • You will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling our ABM campaigns
  • This person gets to run interesting revenue campaigns. High-volume campaigns for revenue generation

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in running ABM campaigns across multiple channels like Paid Social, and Google Display Network
  • Experience testing multiple ad types, audience segmentation, device, landing pages, etc.
  • Proficiency with all major paid media channels and experience in leading paid media in the B2B space is a plus
  • Experience in building simple dashboards for external stakeholders
  • Campaign management, measurement, optimization, and reporting in your DNA
  • Good to have an Ad agency experience
  • Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders and provide recommendations and optimizations for campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in manipulating data sets (e.g., creating pivot tables / VLOOKUP / handling budget/performance) and generate thoughtfully impactful reports and provide recommendations for expansion and efficiency
  • Responsible for creating and supervising the performance of our customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, constantly optimizing the efficiency and scale of our campaigns
  • Knowledge of tracking (UTM creations & DCM trackers) and foundational tagging
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing Analytics, Product Marketers, and Creative development teams
