As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of Stylists along with preventing loss, tracking and maintaining inventory, point of sale functions, and scheduling as designated by General Manager. You will build an inventory plan with the General Manager, implement sales training and store sales zones, mentor the members of your sales team and will be instrumental in teaching and implementing sales techniques along with performing administrative duties and enforcing Company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
