* SIGNING BONUS: $500.00 to be paid in two installments. $250 upon successful completion of probationary period (90 Days), $250 upon completion of six months of employment.

Children's Developmental Milestones is an AWARD WINNING Non-Public Agency (NPA) serving families in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm and love working with children and their families.

pay rate- 26.00-36.00/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Spanish Speaking is a plus

~Masters or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, MFT or related field with completion of 12 units in ABA

~ Must be able to work afternoons and evenings

~Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance required

~Strong candidates will have at least 2 years direct experience working with children with Autism

~ Department of Justice/FBI fingerprint clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 3 tier model: while supervised by a BCBA,
• Strong ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and clinical skills
• Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred)
• Provide on going supervision field based observations in order to make appropriate clinical recommendations.
• Directly Supervise own cases
• Completion of progress reports
• develop, review, and modify intervention programs
• maintain data books
• provide weekly home/school visits
• provide on going training to behavioral interventionists
