Duties and Responsibilities
- Support retail and wholesale operations at our locations in Tampa, FL.
- Hands on use of our computerized accounting system for creating invoices, posting receipts, and processing other transactions.
- Reconciling daily transactions, entering adjustments, and following-up on discrepancies.
- Processing credit card and electronic payments.
- Preparing daily cash management reports and deposits.
- Tracking status and contacting business customers to help resolve unpaid items.
- General accounting and office management duties to support our daily operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
- Prior experience using computerized accounting systems.
- Experience reconciling accounts and working directly with business customers.
