HUGO BOSS is looking for a 3PL Supervisor to join a dynamic team at our Distribution Center in Midway, Georgia!

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the daily activities of 3PL partners. Updates on product movements and workflow priorities will be a daily requirement. Part of the day-to-day work will be spent reviewing workflow, auditing KPIs, and facilitating any operative needs with corresponding Hugo Boss teams. Opportunities for gained efficiencies, process improvements, and cost savings should constantly be sought. S/he will also perform site visits on a regular basis.

What you can expect:

• Monitor workflow and KPIs on a daily basis. Administer all corresponding reporting accordingly
• Facilitate any operative needs by coordinating with the pertinent Hugo Boss teams. Escalate effectively when needed based on urgency of matter to avoid any work-stoppage, negative customer or cost impacts.
• Work directly with project teams on any/all new implementations directly impacting 3PL operations. Participate in testing as needed.
• Coordinate with IT and Test Teams regarding any continuous improvement or bug fixes needed.
• Conduct site visits on a regular cadence
• Attend and support regular status meetings as needed for 3PL operations. This includes status meetings with internal teams regarding current and future needs from 3PL operations.
• Ensure all 3PL operations are done by Hugo Boss standards of quality, including any updates to SOPs or changes to standard requirements.
• Enforce all Hugo Boss rules and safety guidelines at all times.

Your profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Operations Management (preferred)
• Warehouse experience (required)
• 3PL experience (preferred)
• Experience with SAP (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (preferred)
• High IT affinity with warehouse systems
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives/tasks with a strict focus on deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Travel will be required
• Schedule flexibility; overtime and weekend work may be required
