2nd Shift to 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

- Must be able to pass Background Check

Manages, supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of office building by performing the following duties:

• Supervising of approximately 3-4 employees
• Handling employee issues
• Responsible for supervision of all staff and fulfilling any customer related requests.
• Working knowledge of the use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies including, but not limited to, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, mop wringers, mops, brushes, soaps and cleaning fluids.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
