Pay discussed at time of interview and based on experience

Accepts and gives shift report.

Meets with members of the interdisciplinary team to access, plan, coordinate and evaluate residents.

Assists in teh admission, transfer and discharge of residents.

Makes rounds to evaulate status of residents and report problems to the DON.

Use and supervise the use of supplies and equipment efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

Be responsible for the safety of residents and employees under his/her care.

Communicates problems and needs with the nursing supervisor.
