We are supportive, fun, collaborative and our goal is to Cardinal Family Counseling LLC d.b.a. Cardinal Counseling Group, seeks to hire an associate or fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. We are expanding our team to include additional clinicians who have a passion in providing therapy services to children and adults (18+) healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and other various mental health conditions. An interest in working with couples is a plus, but not required. Current position openings are for in office and/or telehealth.

Cardinal Counseling Group (CCG) is a private practice that provides quality mental health care. Our goal is to help clients find their way to serenity, wholeness, and an overall increased quality of life. We serve Adults, Couples, Children, Adolescents, and Families in the metro north Atlanta area. Our office is located in Buford GA, with a new office opening in Buford, GA in fall 2023.

The available position(s) is for a 1099 contractor who is in excellent standing with the GA licensing board. The compensation structure is unmatched in comparison to any other private practice. Our goal is to help clinicians create a practice and a future they can get excited about. Fees are straight forward flat rates, not harmful percentage splits, which only benefit the practice owner. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in entering the private practice world or someone desiring to one day open their own practice.

Further Requirements:

· Maintain a weekly caseload of 10+ clinical sessions.

· Associate Licensed or Fully licensed in the state of Georgia (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

· Candidates must have day/afternoon availability, flexibility with hours, evening availability is highly desired but not required.

· Demonstrates knowledge of ethics code and works with respect to code.

· Maintains professional boundaries in clinical and professional relationships

· Demonstrates strong clinical and ethical skills while providing interventions to clients.

· Works under supervision with a certified supervisor that will continue to provide supervision while the candidate is working towards licensure if the candidate is not fully licensed.

· Candidate must be willing to market themselves and grow their referral base in the community.

• Supervision assistance for associate level and pre-licensed clinicians. We have partnered with two supervisors and will include consultations and supervision to help you on your path to licensure.

Job Type: Flex-Contract. Should you need to leave the practice we will do whatever we can to support you and your clients through your transition. If circumstances allow you to keep your case load during your transition, we believe that is best case scenario for you, your income, and especially your clients.

Pay: The straightforward compensation plan allows you to keep everything you earn/bill outside of the monthly practice fee. The practice fee rate is subject to 5% increase year over year. The monthly practice fee is $1300 for unfurnished or $1600 furnished office. This will cover your personal office, all amenities, marketing, EHR (Simple Practice user license), CRM, phone system, billing, as well as clinical direction (for associates). If you need supervision, we have two supervisors to assist you toward full licensure. Supervision rates are set by the supervisors.

Ramp up period: This allows you to settle in and build a case load with less pressure.

Month 1: 0% of Practice Fee due

Month 2: 50% Practice Fee due

Month 3: 100% of Practice Fee due

License/Certification: Associate or Fully licensed LPC, LCSW, MFT

Work Location: Telehealth with shared office space at Vinson Ct. location. As well as guaranteed personal office within new office space, coming Summer 2023.

Pay: $50,332.00 - $55,221.00 per year
